Job Details
- Position: ICT Officer Intern
- Location: One post in the following locations: Lilongwe, Mzuzu, and Blantyre.
- Department: Programs
- Reporting to: Programs Manager
Key Responsibilities
As an ICT Officer Intern, you will:
- Install and configure hardware, software, and networks in schools.
- Develop and implement a maintenance schedule for ICT systems.
- Provide technical support to teachers and students, both on-site and remotely.
- Market the Digital Learning Project to schools and stakeholders.
- Document and evaluate project impact through reports, photos, and videos.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the organization’s mission.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: A university degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills: Technical expertise in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and network management.
- Qualities: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent communication and organizational skills.
